When he's not boxing, you can find Gio managing one of Lower East Side’s hidden gems, Italian restaurant, Trattoria VDP: the place to be.What we did: We interviewed Gio about how his passion for boxing relates to his work managing an Italian restaurant. We filmed Gio training at his local boxing gym, and at his restaurant, Via Della Pace, in order to promote his business. Gio Posted the videos on Instagram, receiving some of his highest engagement to date, and a version was aired as a commercial on Italian cable television.
